| Note the fire spread (blatant non-compliance), this was due to the poor standard of construction in the first instance ! Re-instatement to the same non-compliant standard as was the case prior to the fire ! Knowingly putting people and property at risk ! Surely such behaviour can only be described as a criminal act. |
