| Note: party wall fire stopping failure. Note also: these houses were re-instated to the same non-compliant state, as was the case prior to the fire. There are hundreds of these houses on the estate at Swords, and tens of thousands of such houses all over the country with the same inherent defects, and therefore not in compliance with Regulations. Have the purchasers / occupiers been notified ? NO. This is to knowingly put people and property at risk. Based on the evidence available and on file, and as viewed in the photographs attached, all certification in whatever form, provided by HomeBond, and or others, warrants immediate investigation by the relevant authorities. Note: for example based on HomeBond's disclaimers, the Enniscorthy, Airside apartments and the Swords houses, examples only, as pictured, have no structural guarantees. The HB11's (Final Notice Document) as issued by HomeBond, and all certification from whatever source, including Fire Safety Certificates, inferring compliance in such circumstances, such can only be described as flawed if not fraud ! |
