Apartments of Masonry construction destroyed by fire, completed and occupied for a number of years.

Enniscorthy, Front View. 60 minutes structural integrity / fire resistance required per party wall.  The damage as witnessed and depicted occurred in under 60 minutes ! Note: accordingly all certification from whatever source, including fire safety certificates, null and void.

Note the fire spread (blatant non-compliance), this was due to the poor standard of construction in the first instance ! Re-instatement to the same non-compliant standard as was the case prior to the fire !  Knowingly putting people and property at risk !  Surely such behaviour can only be described as a criminal act.
