"HELLO"  Is there anybody listening or paying attention out there?

As read and as viewed it is quite clear to me that a burning arrogance continues to exist amongst building designers / architects / engineers / builders and developers alike, i.e. in the protection of people and property from fire and its destructiveness.  Accordingly I quote the old adage; That there was an important job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it.  Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.  Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.  It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

When one views the photographs as contained on this website showing the destructive nature of fire, is it not quite obvious that non-compliance with Building and Fire Regulations has been the norm ------------- or perhaps present regulatory requirements are not up to the mark!  -----------  or is it that active and passive fire protection and the certification of such methods, systems and / or products designed to protect us from such destruction caused by fire, may not be up to the mark.  Accordingly is it not time to review such considerations.  Your responses would be appreciated.
