Such fire spread resulting from the use of such failed non-descript fire stopping that is if applied at all, is in evidence all over Ireland.

This is the failed party wall detail at eaves level on the Airside site, and as per the Irish Agrément certificate as issued on same to Century Homes, claiming compliance with TGD B !
Note no eaves blocks behind the fascia board ! This is apart from the fact that the party wall fire stopping, in general inadequately applied or otherwise, failed !
Note: contrary to the claims made by the Irish Agrément Board, such detailing is not in accordance with TGD B ! |
